WHO IS JACQUES FALARDEAU??
Hello, my name is Jacques (#55), with 32 years of experience. My associate, Daniel (#255), has 18 years of experience. We have worked for 27 years for major companies. For what? They complain about our work all the time, probably because I'm helping their customers save too much oil. We find technical ways to improve old coal furnaces. Energy efficiency has always been one of our strengths in this business, and that is not profitable for the major companies. I've worked all my life on hot water furnaces. This means we give personalized service to every furnace. My goal is to give good advice to my clients. To keep from being in a conflict of interest, we make sure that we are there for the clients, not the oil companies.
